we enjoyed this place, it's nice. the location is magnificent, minutes from u-bahn station. the rooms are tidy and brand-new with comfortable bed, so that guests have essentials.

The bathrooms are cold.

The staff here are extremely friendly and have a wonderful personal touch.

Location: the hotel was right by the center and restaurants and bars and Winterhude. We ordered lunch at Made in Italy, located quite a walk from the venue...

I made a special effort to come to Winterhude and it was totally worth it. The area is peaceful and well-connected, making it perfect for both business and leisure travelers. The hotel's breakfast was the perfect start to my day.

No comfortable lounge to sit in. So sad, I had to actually leave my room to find a place to relax.

This hotel wasn't all bad. the room was cozy and had a comfortable bed, perfect for a romantic escape. the breakfast was quite enjoyable with a decent amount of options available. Plus, the hotel was located in a convenient area with easy access to public transportation. Dislikes: Unfortunately, the negatives outweighed the positives. the noise level was unbearable at times with constant disturbance from the street. the staff was unhelpful with requests and didn't show any interest in our stay. our experience was disappointing and we wouldn't recommend this hotel.
